We build exclusively using timber frame construction methods, which provides higher standards of insulation and internal finish to each individual unit. All timber is sourced from regenerated forests and the improved thermal insulation properties result in much lower heating costs for the end user as well as environmental benefits.

Each purchaser receives their own Customer Homefile containing all helpful and useful numbers as well as full instructions for all items within the property.

After Sales Service & Customer Care

Each purchaser has their new home tour undertaken by an appointed Site Manager of the Company. They will then receive a telephone call from one of the Directors within 6 weeks to ensure all is well and that they have no other issues or concerns, no matter how small.

If there are any minor concerns outstanding they are dealt with and rectified within 10 working days to the reasonable satisfaction of the customer.

A further follow up call following the completion of these further works is undertaken to ensure our valued customers are satisfied and happy.
